Seaglass Mittens

Perfect for keeping your hands toasty, with instant access to your fingers when you’ve something fiddly to do.

Like collecting seaglass on the beach on a blustery winter’s day….

These have been designed to be long enough to keep your wrists warm under your jumper, leave the thumb free for picking things up, though the thumb is still nice and long, and can be worn as mittens or fingerless mittens.

You will need:

2 x 50g balls main colour DK such as Willow & Lark Ramble in stained glass blue
1 x 50g ball variegated DK yarn second colour (I used Louisa Harding Marmo, which is now discontinued, so something like Schachenmayr Merino Extra Fine in Aqua would be rather lovely)
4mm circular needle
tapestry needle for sewing in ends
