It comes in 5 sizes: S, M, L, XL and XXL, roughly equating to UK sizes 10-12, 14-16, 18-20, 20-22, and 22-24. It is worked in the round, from the bottom up, until it is separated for the neck and armholes. Then each piece \u2013 the two sides of the front, and the back piece \u2013 is worked separately, back and forth. You can switch from circulars to straights for the top parts if you prefer, but I tend to just knit back and forth on the circulars to save using more equipment than necessary.
