They&#8217;re a hop, skip and a jump from me and run by a truly lovely couple dedicated to producing as locally as possible.<\/p>\n<p>But it&#8217;s taken me this long to drum up the dedication to commit to knitting and designing lacy socks and, following the success of my<a href=\"https:\/\/www.loveknitting.com\/dolly-socks-knitting-pattern-by-alice-neal?utm_medium=affiliate&amp;a_aid=7d8ae305\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Dolly Socks<\/a>, I decided it was time to put this beautiful stuff to work.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2040\" src=\"https:\/\/aliceinknittingland.files.wordpress.com\/2019\/03\/6.jpg\" alt=\"6\" width=\"1198\" height=\"1327\" \/><\/p>\n<p>(I have another skein of it waiting for me, and am currently working up the courage to try dyeing it myself, for a truly unique project &#8211; any tips or pointers for yarn-dyeing gratefully received!!)<\/p>\n<p>So here they are, anyway.
